			<description>Tiger wins the US open in the first sudden death hole after an 18 hole playoff against Rocco Mediate.  That is his 14th major championship and 65th pga tour victory.  He is closing the gap between the record of 18 major victories.  Tiger wins the major despite not having played in two months due to knee surgery and prior to thursday (the day the US open began) he had not walked 18 holes. He is truley an amazing athlete and is dominating the sport.
