In the Champions League,
Arsenal have been drawn against Steve McClaren's FC Twente.
Liverpool will face Standard Liege in the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round.
Should Eircom League champions Drogheda United overcome their two-one deficit against Dinamo Kiev they will face Spartak Moscow.
