Klinsmann: We Turned Things Around
It wasn’t all plain sailing for Bayern as they secured their third successive three points against an injury-hit Eintracht Frankfurt.
Despite going a goal behind, the Bavarians fought their way back and can now look forward to next week’s Champions League encounter with Fiorentina on the back of a three game winning streak.
“We missed two or three goal scoring chances in the first half even though we controlled the game” Klinsmann said at the final whistle.
“The unlucky own-goal made it a little precarious for us for a while but that didn’t make me nervous. The team have become so fit and so stable that we were able to turn the game around and brought the three points home with ease.”
Frankfurt counterpart Friedhelm Funkel was left disappointed to leave the game with nothing.
“The team did everything I asked of them and showed that they believed in what we planned and that they could match Bayern” he explained.
“That we conceded two goals is a bitter pill to swallow. Their engagement was exemplary but we go away empty handed.” the Adler boss added.

things are finally starting to look up. Ribery seems to be finding form after the injury and Klose has been playing much better as of late.
