American Football vs Rugby
In the chat we have started a great debate which is very interesting. What is better American Football or Rugby. As an American I am in love with the NFL. American Football is a great sport. I do not know that much about rugby but from what I have seen im not to impressed. Which is tougher and better?

Re: American Football vs Rugby
The NFL all looks very spectacular and i for one have never played it so i cant judge .... BUT
Living in australia i have come to know and play both codes of rugby here (league & union).
And i have just 2 points that you should consider ... These guys plays 80mins with only a 10min half time break and no other stoppages & they dont wear any protection other than a mouth gaurd !! If you get a chance watch a "State of Origin" game of rugby league. The decider is being played next wednesday.
You have to be one fit and tough sod to play at the top level of rugby league or rugby union. I'll post some videos later of some massive tackles.
One thing i do like of the nfl though is the endless tactics and plays you can use

Re: American Football vs Rugby
NFL V Rugby - now without those big tampons on thier shoulders and all the steroids they take - do you think they could handle this?
